Reception may ask for a brief outline of your problem. This is not a clinical decision — it helps us direct you to the right person more quickly, whether that is a GP, nurse, pharmacist, or another member of the team.
Online requests
For non-urgent medical or admin requests, use eConsult instead of calling. A clinician will respond, usually the same day.
